Government Consultation on Gender Questioning Children Guidance

The Department for Education has published draft guidance for schools and colleges in England and the AEP intends to submit a response.

To inform this response, please complete the following survey. Although the guidance pertains only to England, members from all nations are invited to submit their views. 

Members may also wish to respond as individuals and can do so via the consultation portal.

These questions correspond to- but do not directly align with- the consultation questions. They have been designed to elicit a psychological perspective on developing guidance that can best help schools and colleges to effectively support a very vulnerable group.
