Plymouth Learning Partnership (PLP): Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST)
Due to the expansion of our team, the MAST service in Plymouth is looking for an experienced EP to join our friendly, innovative and supportive service.
Plymouth Learning Partnership (PLP) CIC is a community interest company owned by its cross-phase member schools that provides school services across Plymouth and surrounding districts. We are a highly valued service within Plymouth and neighbouring authorities and can offer a truly dynamic, creative and rewarding working life. We are seeking applicants who have excellent skills in applying Educational Psychology theory and practice to promote creative approaches to support schools and settings at the earliest possible stages.
The MAST service prides itself on its CPD offer to schools and our own staff. Of late we have provided professional development opportunities in Emotion Coaching, Outcome Star, Trauma-informed practices, Emotional Logic, PACE, Whole School Behaviour Recovery and the Whole School Mental Health Chartermark. We also exclusively hold the school and post-16 licence for the delivery of the Autism Education Trust training modules for Plymouth. This post would allow the opportunity for the successful applicant to promote, lead, evaluate and develop our CPD offer for schools and partners.
