Consultation Refresher Workshop Part 2

Following Consultation Refresher Workshop Part 1, this follow up workshop invites practising EPs, and those in training, to refresh their knowledge and understanding of Consultation practice, with a focus on: 

• Consultations – organisational/group and individual - psychological models, tools, frameworks and scripts 
• Observations - Key aspects of classroom organisation and management 
• Video Enhanced Reflective Practice – reflecting on Consultation practice.
• Joint School Family Consultations – Systemic thinking & Families as systems

The workshop is interactive and collaborative, grounded in theory and practice linked to psychologies that are respectful, inclusive and valuing of individuals, schools and communities, using an eco-systemic model. Group and individual activities are scaffolded using appreciative inquiry and solution focused approaches– to value what is working well for individuals and teams and to build upon and promote the strengths, skills, and resources of individuals and teams.
