We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and compassionate Educational Psychologist to join our team, on an associate basis. Our service covers schools in Lincolnshire, Rutland, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire.

About you: are you someone who can…
- Provide a bespoke educational psychology service across an identified number of settings, in line with the values and approaches promoted by Futures in Mind.
- Work in partnership with other members of Futures in Mind in developing innovative and accessible ways of supporting positive outcomes for children, young people and those who support them.
- Provide high quality, person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed support to our schools.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and programmes tailored to individual needs.
- Undertake assessments of children and young people who are on a neuro-developmental pathway for autism (as commissioned by an NHS Trust).
- Provide training, support, and advice to educational staff and stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping and improving our unique service.
- Work independently and be able to travel across various locations.
- Be proactive in developing and sharing your knowledge and skills and reflecting on ways that we can best work within our communities.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist or be eligible for registration upon successful completion of a recognised training course.
- Appropriate qualifications and experience, plus familiarity with and experience of carrying out assessments for children and young people with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different counties and educational settings, including primary, secondary and special schools.
- Hold a current driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
