AEP Rep Advice Surgeries are held monthly with National Officer for Employment, Dominique Sofflet.
These virtual surgeries take place on the second Tuesday of every month between 4 - 5pm.
They are informal drop-in sessions where reps can ask questions, discuss local issues and hear from fellow reps. Details of the next session can be found below, and reps will be sent a Teams link aheadf of the surgery date.

Local Reps' Training
We are pleased to confirm the dates for the next Local Representatives Training Course.
This in-person section of this course will take place in London on 4th & 5th February at the Lift venue in Islington.
In addition to the in-person training, participants are asked to attend two online sessions prior to the face-to-face training.
The two online sessions will take place on 10th December and 22nd January (timings shown below).
Accommodation for those who require nearby will be arranged by the AEP.
Those attending will need to arrange their own travel which will be reimbursed in accordance with the AEP expenses policy on submission of the appropriate claim form. Guidance and forms are available here.
Local Reps Training (three sessions)
Part One: Online – Wednesday 10th December 2025 - 2 to 4pm
Part Two: Online – Thursday 22nd January 2026 - 2 to 4pm
Part Three: In Person, London (Lift, Islington) – Wednesday 4th February (12.30pm to 5pm) to Thursday 5th February 2026 (9.30am to 4.30pm)

Officers' Surgeries
These sessions will typically be held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month. A Teams invite be sent in advance of each meeting. The next meeting will be Tuesday 21st October, 4-5pm. The teams link is:
